  • We accept suitcases, luggage’s and boxes.
    As your items will travel through an automated network, be loaded and unloaded between multiple vehicles and travel down sorting chutes, we are unable to accept plastic boxes, plastic bags, laundry bags, bin liners or similar items.

  • If you want use our service, you have to book pick up request in two to three days of advance of your flights or train time, so we can pick from your home early and ship at your destination before you arrive there [if you use standard delivery method], and in one day or 24 hours of your flight or train time [if you use express delivery method]

  • Currently we accept payment through various UPI options like Google pay, Phonepe, Paytm ETC. We accept all kind of credit and debit card, net banking, UPI payment option for your booking.
    Invoice will be send at your registered email ID.

  • Residences: You order will be collect from ground floor of your flat and flat name and full details must be included on the order.
    Apartments Shipment can only be collected from / delivered to the ground floor or reception.
    Businesses shipment will be left at reception which is manned between 09:00 – 18:00.
    Hotels shipment will be with the concierge / bell desk / reception, and specified on the order.

  • After entering your postal or zip codes on our pricing page, our system will generate an estimated transit time* based on information provided by our courier partners and our own historical bookings. We advise that you do not wait in for a delivery until you have received an email notification confirming your shipment is out for delivery.
    *Estimated transit times are displayed in working days and do not include weekends or bank holidays.
